Kroc Center’s Annual Hallelujah Fest. The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corp Community Center celebrates the fall season with this year’s “Hallelujah Fest”. It is a safe, indoor, alternative Halloween party with creative displays, costumes, games, and treats for families in the community. This year Hallelujah Fest is on Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 4 pm-8 pm at the Kroc Center.
