FOOD VENDOR REQUEST

Thank you for your interest in the KROC food truck Rally which is part of our Anniversary Celebration, celebrating 10 years of making a positive impact on this community. This year the event will be featuring a arts show, live performances, tons of activities for families and of course some of the best food trucks in Chicago. This is a big day at the Kroc Center where over 2500 people come to experience a free day filled with great activities and awesome community. The undersigned hereby applies for space as a food vendor at the Kroc Center Chicago KROC food truck rally to be held Saturday, June 18 from 11:00AM – 5:00PM at The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, 1250 W. 119th Street, Chicago IL. Space is limited.
